I guess that redirecting from
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_commons_* .cgi
(Plus, http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_commons.h tml)
to
http://commons.apache.org/downloads/index.html
would be very "user-friendly" thing.

Maybe, it's a ".htaccess" matter, I guess. Just I'd completely
forgot how I/we can handle the web-server of the ASF.
